We had a slight delay but we’re back on track with our non stop tour of the A-Z of biscuits and (a bit of tenuous) linking to need-to-know tools in the world of digital marketing (and our trade secrets because we’re nice like that). Today we’re moving onto the letter B. B is for Bourbon biscuits and broken links.
The British favourite, the Bourbon biscuit, was first baked in Bermondsey, South London, by the confectionery company Peek Frean in 1910 and was initially called the Creola. The name was later changed and renamed after the French royal family to make the biscuit sound more appealing.
In the Office, unfortunately, they didn’t last very long and were all gone before we remembered to do a dunkability or taste test but we can assume they would of scored pretty highly.
