What do Justin Bieber and your app have in common? Turns out, more than you’d expect!
All day, every day us monkeys are busying away doing all the things, doing them all of the time online. We can be getting our social on or downloading all of the words to Excel (with the occasional break to watch Stars in Their Eyes with Matthew Kelly) to be frank, we spend a lot of time on the web.
Back in 2010 Instagram was the new kid on the block, garnering 1 million users in just two months. Fast-forward five years and the photo based social network now has over 300 million users (at the time of writing this is only 2m less than Twitter!) and is only gaining popularity.
I've previously talked about where to find free images, and the importance of images in all of your marketing and social media efforts. That was two years ago, can you believe it? Pictures and visuals are so important in whatever media you're doing, but these days there's no excuse for not having GOOD images. If you didn't know already, I like Pinterest.... a lot! But even I find it difficult to find the time to create, upload or pin images as often as I'd like.
