As the Big Noise seminar is drawing ever nearer we thought it would be a good idea to give you lovely people a formal(ish) agenda.

Here’s some information on the day:

Thursday 26th of September

9.15 Welcome and coffee
9.45 Introduction
10.00-11.30 Jon’s social seminar
11.30-12.00 Break / chance to mingle and network
12.00-2.00 Monkey advice stations* / Lunch
2.00 Finish

*you will be allocated 20 minutes with one of the monkeys regarding your website or social media. You bring the Q’s we’ll provide the A’s

Where's it happening?

Aardman, Gasferry Road, Bristol, BS1 6UN
-30 mins walk from Temple Meads train station and from Marlborough Street bus station.

In terms of parking the S.S. Great Britain car park is next door. It’s pay and display and costs £1 an hour (so make sure you bring some change).
We have full wheelchair access but please do let me (josh@noisylittlemonkey.com) know if you have any other requirements.

Food

Unfortunately we aren't in a position to provide lunch for everyone so you can either bring your own picnic or use the Aardman canteen which provides an excellent variety of sandwiches and hot food. We will of course provide some tea & coffee!

What we need from you - IMPORTANT

For you to attend this seminar we need you to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) which is here:
This is Aardman policy and is required of all visitors to their studios. While it might sound serious it’s essentially a signed piece of paper, which states that if you witness or discover details of any current projects (i.e. Wallace and Gromit 6) that you’ll keep any and all details to yourself. This isn't our policy but it is essential that you and anyone attending from your organisation prints and signs this document located in the URL above.

Please return the NDA via email to josh@noisylittlemonkey.com ASAP or post it to me, Josh at: C/O Aardman, Gasferry Road, Bristol, BS1 6UN.

Could you also email me the names of all the people who will be in attendance (2 people per organisation unless agreed otherwise with me) plus details of any special requirements, as well as give us the names of the individuals from your group who will be in attendance for our sign in sheet?
