We are looking for someone who is both experienced in and has a passion for content creation & social media to join our team. Reporting into the Resources Manager and working alongside the Creative Director, you will be responsible for the ideation & creation of written and visual content for our biggest client. You will be working as a key part of our delivery team keeping our clients goals at the forefront of everything you do.
Noisy Little Monkey is a digital marketing agency with a focus on marketing, sales and automation. We are an award-winning HubSpot agency and a Diamond HubSpot Solutions Partner focused on creating results for our clients through our strategic approach underpinned by technical SEO and creative digital campaigns.
You might have come across us at our conferences and webinars - Digital Gaggle, Business As Unusual and the Bristol HubSpot User Group. Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 depending on experience
Contract: Permanent. Full time with three months’ probation
Location: Loft 5, Tobacco Factory, Raleigh Road, Bristol BS3 1TF and working from home

Content | The core of this role is Content Creation reflecting the tone and brand values of the client - that’s everything from planning quarterly content campaigns, search term research, blog writing & social media copy tailored to each social channel
Social Media | Implementing a social media strategy, planning monthly tactics that improve traffic and engagement - creating bespoke visual assets, scheduling content, utilising social advertising to increase reach, reporting on the impact & results of the campaign.

We are keen to maintain the flexibility of remote working but balance it with the energy that comes with seeing people IRL and being part of a team. So be prepared to work from home, but also to be in the Bristol office at least once a week.
