We are an inclusive, friendly bunch, with a strong coaching and personal development ethos. We have an office in the Tobacco Factory in Southville, and are operating a flexible working policy. We are keen to maintain the flexibility of remote working but balance it with the energy that comes with seeing people IRL and being part of a team. So be prepared to work from home, but also to be in the Bristol office at least once a week.
A flexible working policy with some work from home days available
28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
An extra day’s holiday if your birthday falls on a weekday
Company socials including axe throwing, floristry, escape rooms, darts and, of course, drinks downstairs at the Tobacco Factory bar

4pm finish on a Friday (when working from the office)
Free training at in-house and industry events
Office dogs (the best one in our opinion – unless you’re allergic)
Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets & Payroll... If it sounds nerdy and businessy, chances are Charlie Hunt loves to get stuck into it. Which is great because she’s the person responsible for people, processes and money at Noisy Little Monkey.
