      We are looking for someone who is both experienced in and has a passion for content creation & social media to join our team. Reporting into the Resources Manager and working alongside the Creative Director, you will be responsible for the ideation & creation of written and visual content for our biggest client. You will be working as a key part of our delivery team keeping our clients goals at the forefront of everything you do.

      Noisy Little Monkey is a digital marketing agency with a focus on marketing, sales and automation. We are an award-winning HubSpot agency and a Diamond HubSpot Solutions Partner focused on creating results for our clients through our strategic approach underpinned by technical SEO and creative digital campaigns.

      Job headlines

      Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 depending on experience

      Contract: Permanent. Full time with three months’ probation

      Location: Loft 5, Tobacco Factory, Raleigh Road, Bristol BS3 1TF and working from home

      Content | The core of this role is Content Creation reflecting the tone and brand values of the client - that’s everything from planning quarterly content campaigns, search term research, blog writing & social media copy tailored to each social channel

      Social Media | Implementing a social media strategy, planning monthly tactics that improve traffic and engagement - creating bespoke visual assets, scheduling content, utilising social advertising to increase reach, reporting on the impact & results of the campaign.

      Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

      • Search term research
      • Creating website, blog & social media content
      • Planning & scheduling social media content
      • Image creation as required for blog & social content
      • Budget management of client’s allocated advertising spend
      • Reporting on results against client measures & KPI’s to the Account Director
      • Ideation and input into the wider strategy of the campaign
      • Day to day client contact

      The ideal candidate would have...

      Required:

      • 2+ years of experience in producing & publishing website, blog & social media content
      • Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail
      • Experience using Canva & Sprout Social
      • Analytical skills - able to interpret and communicate data trends
      • Proven experience in solving problems with tenacious curiosity
      • Strong organisational skills. Able to work under pressure, and plan and manage competing demands and deadlines.
      • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
      • A wish to continue to work flexibly, even post-pandemic. You’ll therefore need to be self managing, willing and able to track your time and demonstrate results.

      Preferred but not essential:

      • BA in English, Creative Writing, Journalism, Media or similar
      • Experience of Facebook boosting
      • Experience of Facebook Ad Manager
      • TikTok Content Creation & Editing
      • Experience using the Adobe suite

We are keen to maintain the flexibility of remote working but balance it with the energy that comes with seeing people IRL and being part of a team. So be prepared to work from home, but also to be in the Bristol office at least once a week.
