With the conversation around mental health at work being more important than ever before, Noisy Little Monkey are delighted to be named as finalists in Wylde IA's Happiest Workplace Competition in partnership with Bristol Mind.
Now in its fourth year, the Happiest Workplace Competition is the brainchild of workplace and interior design consultancy Wylde IA. This year’s competition has the support of mental health charity Bristol Mind so the judges were paying particular attention to entries which focused on how they promote and support wellbeing in the workplace.
From 'Monkey of the Week' (where each team member nominates the person in the office who helped them the most in the last week) to monthly catch ups where we can discuss both personal and professional issues without judgment or prejudice, Noisy Little Monkey's culture places huge importance on happiness and well being at work.
When our Managing Director, Nicola Payne, heard the good news about us reaching the finals, she said:
"KAPOW! Happiness, resilience and good mental health are critical to any creative agency, so it’s fabulous to be recognised for the balance we are trying to achieve."
The award ceremonies will be hosted next Thursday 8th November at the Bristol and Bath Science Park. We'll keep you posted on whether we're named winners at the awards but, if it doesn't happen, we already feel pretty proud of becoming finalists in this competition and being recognised for creating a wonderful work culture in our little corner of South Bristol...
