Hello, my name is Angharad, and I work here in the SEO team at Noisy Little Monkey. I'm going to give you a broad overview of how SEO works and we'll include links at the end of this video for some advanced reading and some how-to guides for those of you who wish to do it yourself.

So what do you do when you're looking for an answer to a question such as, "How do I install Google Analytics on my website?" You most likely Google it. Put simply, SEO is getting your website to appear in the top search results of Google when your prospective clients are searching for answers. There are a number of factors that search engines like Google use to analyse your websites.

The weighting of these factors varies massively and they include the speed of your website, its mobile friendliness, the accessibility of your website for those people using assistive technologies, which websites link to yours and how useful the content on your site might be to the searcher.. My job at Noisy Little Monkey is to ensure that your website is doing the best it can across these aspects.

Either by working on the site directly or working with your team to educate them on best practice. Whilst me and the team love trying new tactics, we'll focus on what works best for your business and drive high volumes of traffic that convert into sales leads.
