SEO | The core of this role is SEO - that’s everything from in-depth search term research to inform page content to deep dives into page speed and backlinks. SEO is at the heart of what we do, and you will be working as an expert and as an integral part of the delivery team.
CRMs & Integration | We are also a HubSpot agency, so this role will take forward the technical elements of data migration and integrations.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Compiling reports from a variety of data sources
Interpreting reports and communicating them to the team
Quality Assurance checks
Auditing websites and recommending technical fixes
Search term research and implementation
Implementing technical fixes of websites, or working with developers to do this for you
The ideal candidate would have:
1+ year(s) of data processing or SEO experience - this could be in a Marketing, Data or Tech environment
Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail
A passion for learning and training others
Proven experience in problem solving
Strong organisational skills. Able to work under pressure and plan and manage competing demands and deadlines
A proven record of sharing your knowledge with the wider community be that speaking at events, sharing videos or blogging
A wish to continue to work flexibly, even after lockdown finishes. You’ll therefore need to be self managing, willing and able to track your time and demonstrate results.
If you don’t have all these qualities, but believe you are right for the role, please still apply and let us know why.
Working life & perks
Noisy Little Monkey is an inclusive, friendly bunch with a strong coaching and development ethos. We have an office in the heart of Southville within the Tobacco Factory but are keen to maintain the flexibility of remote working. As such, you can expect to work from the office at least once a week so that we can balance home working with the energy that comes from seeing people IRL and being part of a team.
A flexible working policy with some work from home days available
28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
An extra day’s holiday if your birthday falls on a weekday
Company socials including axe throwing, floristry, escape rooms, darts and, of course, drinks downstairs at the Tobacco Factory bar
Monday morning meetings featuring free fruit and pastries (when in the office)
4pm finish on a Friday (when working from the office)
Free training at in-house and industry events
Office dogs (the best one in our opinion - unless you’re allergic)
Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets & Payroll... If it sounds nerdy and businessy, chances are Charlie Hunt loves to get stuck into it. Which is great because she’s the person responsible for people, processes and money at Noisy Little Monkey.
