Social media for business? Talk @ Action Coach, Bristol - March 2011

Posted in Social Media Marketing, Posted in Talks by Jon Payne

I had a really good morning with the ladies and gentlemen of Rob Carter's Action Coach crew yesterday. It was good to share some thoughts and ideas on how SMEs might use social media to benefit their business. and what a luxury to spend some time thinking about how Noisy Little Monkey can improve our customer service too. All in all, a useful and fun way to spend a morning. Thanks guys - I hope I can repay you with the hours consultancy we discussed.

Here's the presentation...
