We are looking for someone with enthusiasm and passion for digital marketing, alongside strong technical skills. In this role you will specialise in using HubSpot, a leading CRM and marketing automation platform, and will be excited by the challenge of using a blend of creative and analytical skills to deliver results for our customers.

Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 depending on experience
Contract: Permanent. Full time with three months’ probation
Location: Loft 5, Tobacco Factory, Raleigh Road, Bristol BS3 1TF and working from home

HubSpot | The core of this role is working on HubSpot projects, so with support and training alongside on-the-job learning you’ll become an expert in marketing automation. From writing workflows and sales sequences, to implementing complex data migration projects, you’ll be an integral part of the HubSpot team delivering great results for clients.
Inbound Marketing & SEO | We’re an inbound agency, and as part of the Delivery Team you’ll contribute to marketing campaigns, including collecting and reporting on data, measuring and evaluating performance, and elements of SEO.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Implementing marketing campaigns using the full range of tools offered by HubSpot
Marketing automation including writing workflows and sequences for client’s campaigns.
Building reports and creating dashboards.
Data migration and data integration into HubSpot from various other existing CRM’s (Zoho, Copper etc).
CRM set up using HubSpot - using the brief provided by AD / AM or Delivery manager to ensure the CRM is fit for purpose, providing & managing the relevant data.
Email marketing - set up of email templates for client email campaigns.
The ideal candidate would have...
Experience of using HubSpot or an alternative marketing CRM and want to become an expert in it. Ideally you will have HubSpot certifications.
1+ years of experience of working in a marketing agency or in a marketing or sales role
Strong technical skills and willingness to engage with learning and using new tools.
Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail
Proven experience in solving problems with tenacious curiosity
Strong organisational skills. Able to work under pressure, and plan and manage competing demands and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Flexible working means you’ll need to be self managing, willing and able to track your time and demonstrate results.
