      We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated person to lead on developing and managing HubSpot strategies for our clients. This role combines HubSpot delivery with marketing and sales strategy, so is perfect for an ambitious person looking to develop their strategic awareness.

      Job headlines

      Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience 

      Contract: permanent. Full or part-time with three months’ probation

      Location: Loft 5, Tobacco Factory, Raleigh Road, Bristol BS3 1TF and working from home

      Key responsibilities

      Depending on the client, the HubSpot Manager may lead on projects and client communications or be part of a larger delivery team, led by the Account Director.

      Specifically, they will: 

      • Be responsible for the quality of work and the clients’ satisfaction with the work delivered
      • Run workshops, training and consultations with clients, including developing marketing and sales strategies
      • Investigate & understand client's existing tool stack, suggesting additional tools and integrations
      • Build an onboarding plan for multi-hub projects (strategies and tasks for Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops + CMS hubs across tiers)
      • Advise on how and where to optimise content on different CMS platform backends (HS, WP, Umbraco etc.)
      • Head up the HubSpot delivery team, providing feedback on performance and coaching to develop the team’s knowledge and skills.

      The ideal candidate would have

      • 3+ years experience of running digital marketing campaigns and marketing automation, ideally on HubSpot
      • Confident and persuasive communication skills - you’ll be dealing regularly with clients, so you must be confident in picking up the phone and running meetings with senior stakeholders
      • Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail
      • A passion for learning and training others
      • Analytical skills - able to interpret and communicate data trends
      • Proven experience in solving problems with tenacious curiosity
      • Strong organisational skills. Able to work under pressure and plan and manage competing demands and deadlines
      • A wish to continue to work flexibly, even after lockdown finishes. You’ll therefore need to be self-managing, willing and able to track your time and demonstrate results.

We are keen to maintain the flexibility of remote working but balance it with the energy that comes with seeing people in real life and being part of a team. We usually like team members to be in the Bristol office at least once a week, but there is flexibility around this if needed.
