We are an inclusive, friendly bunch with a strong coaching and personal development ethos. We have an office in the Tobacco Factory in Southville and are operating a flexible working policy. We are keen to maintain the flexibility of remote working but balance it with the energy that comes with seeing people in real life and being part of a team. We usually like team members to be in the Bristol office at least once a week, but there is flexibility around this if needed.
A flexible working policy with some work from home days available
Pension and private health insurance
28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
An extra day’s holiday if your birthday falls on a weekday
4pm finish on a Friday (when working from the office)
Free training at in-house and industry events
Office dogs (the best one in our opinion – unless you’re allergic)
