      We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, self-motivated person to lead on the planning, management and delivery of inbound marketing projects. 

      You will specialise in content strategy, marketing automation and social media based projects for our clients - leading on some projects and contributing as a specialist on others. The role is client facing - we are looking for someone who is confident working with clients to create successful campaigns - but also will happily roll up their sleeves and write, post and measure success when needed.  As the delivery manager you will lead and grow a team of specialists, championing both quality and innovation in their work.  

      It's the perfect role for an ambitous digital marketer who has some content and social experience and is happy to manage the inputs from specialist colleagues.  Or else an excellent content writer looking to increase their management experience without losing touch with their creative mojo.

      Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience 

      Contract: Permanent. Full-time with three months’ probation

      Key responsibilities

      Depending on the client, the Delivery Manager may lead on projects and client communications or be part of a larger delivery team, led by the Account Director.

      Specifically, you will: 

      • Plan and deliver content to meet clients’ strategic goals, working with the Content & Social team and freelance writers as required  
      • Be accountable for the quality of content and social writing for clients and the clients’ satisfaction with the work delivered
      • Audit and critique clients’ current content and social strategies, plus work with them to define new strategies and campaigns
      • Create and maintain SMART goals and KPI documentation for social channels and content 
      • Improve upon social tool usage / manage social tool budget
      • Deliver social media training workshops and consultations with clients
      • Implement latest trends and algorithmic updates to clients and NLM  marketing
      • Head up a delivery team, providing feedback on performance and coaching to develop the team’s knowledge and skills.

      The ideal candidate would have...

      • 3+ years experience of working on digital projects that include content and social media 

      • Confident and persuasive communication skills - you’ll be dealing regularly with clients, so you must be confident in picking up the phone and running meetings with senior stakeholders

      • Excellent written skills and the ability to quality assure content.  You'll need to write/QA short snappy copy for social as well as in-depth and insightful blog content, with strong attention to detail and grammar

      • A passion for learning and training others

      • Have experience using a range of social media management tools for planning, tracking and scheduling social and blog content (SproutSocial, Buffer, Onlypult etc.)

      • Experience maintaining and evolving an ads budget,  managing and setting up social ads on Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and LinkedIn

      • Analytical skills - Using Google Analytics, native social analytics and insight tools able to interpret and communicate goals and data trends

      • Maintaining a marketing strategy, including; planning, delivery, management and evaluation of multi-channel marketing campaigns on paid, owned, earned or shared channel

      • Proven experience in solving problems with tenacious curiosity

      • Strong organisational skills. Able to work under pressure and plan and manage competing demands and deadlines for multiple clients

      • A wish to continue to work flexibly. You’ll therefore need to be self managing, willing and able to track your time and demonstrate results.
