      Marketing Automation Exec Job

This job has now closed . . .

If you want to make people's lives less boring, this is the job for you.

Marketing Automation is one of the fastest growing tools in the digital marketing toolkit.  It can completely change the way businesses run their sales and marketing - saving time, money and smashing ROI targets.  We like HubSpot for this as it's a scalable tool that integrates sales, marketing and operations functions.

We want to recruit a new member of our team to work on all elements of the HubSpot platform.  This is part creative campaign building, but also building out logical processes that help businesses function.

We have a strong emphasis on learning and development and you'll be supported to progress in the business.  We're NOT expecting you to know HubSpot, but you will need to have worked on a CRM or marketing automation tool to know what you are getting into!

Ideally you'll have a year of experience working in an agency or client side. That said, we would definitely consider a new grad (or non-grad) with plenty of work and/or life experience and the right attitude.

You might have come across us at our conferences and webinars: Digital Gaggle, Business As Unusual, the Sales Enablement HUG, Bristol HubSpot User Group. We aim to be genuinely helpful and debunk, educate and inspire so that our clients understand what we do and why. To do this we value curiosity, kindness, honesty, focus and flexibility but balanced with fun and a sense of perspective.

Is it me you're looking for?

We are always looking to increase the diversity of our team in race, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, ethnicity, neurodiversity, disability and all the other fantastic intersections of identity.

We actively encourage applications from those of marginalised backgrounds and identities.

If you have any questions about our commitment to being an inclusive workplace, or you need any adjustments during the application process for us to see you at your best, please let us know and we'll be happy to help.

      • We initially shortlist based on what you write in the form below and only look at CVs once we've done that first sift.  As part of that first sift, we aren't relying on qualifications or work experience to get a sense of who you are, just what you write in the application form.  Please complete it with that in mind.
      • Please select 'Marketing Automation Executive' in the 'For which job are you applying?' question below.
      • Additionally, to remove bias from our application process we deliberately look at all the applications at the same time. This means you won't hear from us until after 23 January.

The first stage in the selection process will be a 30 minute chat (on Google Meet) that will give us an opportunity to ask each other more questions, then if appropriate a longer interview which may include an activity and/or presentation.
